    so I just looked at Centro's arrangement. They exchanged approx 20% of the debt for future 90% of the company in the form of hybrid notes. SP remained around 12cents or mkt cap of $105million. hopefully BNB does same type of thing.

    Did CNP have any notes like the BNBG does anyone know? wonder whats going to happen to them
