negative net assets

    Hi,

    can someone please explain the announcement last week that BNB now have net negative assets. I am wondering whether this position is a real position due to assets being revalued etc OR is this some sort of artifact of accounting because some assets have been moved into the "Up for sale" column of a spreadsheet. I'm not an accountant and am not familiar with all of the intricacies of these things.
