gee they are bit late stating what we already knew 6 months ago. the key element for REITs is time and the management who deal with this most effectively will survive and prosper. no REITs are being priced for growth otherwise they wouldn't be anywhere from 50% to 90% of their highs. alot of REITs are being priced for failure which depending on your long term view of the world's economies is either a great opportunity or a reason to stay away from them.
