    CIR may have been selling lately but as of AVX going into trading halt they are no longer selling i know this because i had my broker out trying to by off market and the ceo has stated that there is little for sale on market and none off market so i would guess that they have seen the value in AVX
    lucky them holding the following

    CIR holding AVX 18,835,055 shares
    MBP 36,012,701
    ANP 157,153,297
    OIL 6,400,000
