Charting school 101, suggests that when a stock breaks through resistance levels it then becomes the support level, so one would assume that $1.62 is now the support level and CSX will bounce higher off that level today. I say CSX will close today well above $1.70 mark, if no announcement. I would hate for you to be wrong for a second day in a row, but even chartist get it wrong
