    while i agree with views on management-the commision and hand over to production staff started on monday -and production will commence in 3-5 weeks-i cant beleive the negitive posts,if its that bad-SELL.otherwise keep your fingers crossed that we go smoothly to production over the next few weeks,NOTE its also in directers financial interest for this to succeed,its easy to lose sight of that.
