    I thought I'd chime back in being an 'ole bull meself...

    The the poster who questioned proeprty in 1992, it was essentially commercial property that got smashed.

    There was no Stephen Keen style "30% correction" in 1992.

    Likewise, I dont believe there will be in 2010 either.

    But I've been wrong before...
