unfortunately the property forum is dominated by "black & white" types who see no room for shades of grey, with notable exceptions ie those who have a strong view but don't see fit to put others down at every opportunity, and make a positive contribution rather than mocking those they disagree with.

But generally the property forum isn't worth reading because of one or two twits who spoil it for everyone else.
