    It is quite a technical package, initial thoughts:
    ECB gone negative - Corridor now symmetric, which should cap Eonia in a tighter range. Net impact will depend on liquidity measures.
    Liquidity Measures - Forward guidance reinforced through full allotment extension and fixed-rate TLTRO of up to ~EUR475bn initially.
