I would think if you're tinkering with whether the company is going to survive then you should be swinging around the 10x multiple range. Like Adairs
Sales is what drives a retailer and therefore their survivability. Where the sales settle after the COVID period (and associated consumer spending patterns during lockdowns etc) is directly linked to longer term margins, profitability and therefore the value of the company
