Dave that was what I was thinking, buy the rumour sell the fact would be the case.
Towie, an analyst I was listening to this morning on bloomberg said that as the package is aimed only at dividend yielding stocks it would not be good for the economy or growth stocks eg the nasdaq stocks as many do not have dividends. His assumption that money would leave growth stocks and enter the established. IE down for the nasdaq
