I know what it means. The share might be that much in the money but someone buying now wouldnt be. Thats all I meant. Every broker i've been through always uses my method. No point buying an option at say 10c with a conversion price of 20c if the current ordinary share was at 30c. You would buy the ordinary shares if the ops were close and not moving at all. Your right but most people i know would think that ARD was 30.5c if i said i got in at 5.5c with 17.8c conversion. Sorry if i confused anyone.
