ARDO has a strike price of 17.8c ARD is above this price so the options are "in the money" ARD is currently trading at 25c Theoretically the options could be 7.2c to match, but are only 5.4c
This provides a buying opportunity for those who want long term entry to ARD as you can just buy the options and convert.
It also provides a more speculative opportunity for those that think ARD could rise in the short term as the options provide leverage and potential to move closer to ARDs price...
e.g. If ARD was to move to move up 10c to 35c that's a 40% move. If the options were to move up the same 10c and a little more to close the gap (11.8c total) to match they will have increased by 218%.
