    Seems the market thinks this Company is so poorly run it would trade negative once asset sale to Canadian Primero is concluded.
    The value of Primero deal is nearly 15 cents & yet stock trades at 12 cents.
    That indicates dispair with management.They have had enough time to get liked,but looks like the party is over for them.
    I think they have lawyer & accountant running an exploration company???
