I agree completely with your viewpoint. Being a contrarian at heart I am also very cautious having been burnt badly on one stock in particular. Looked great on paper but the reality was it literally had nothing.

PEN has it all:

1. Real project
2. Real action by dedicated management not just promo speak
3. Nearing production
4. Potentially massive resource on two continents
5. Real orders about to happen
6. 3 Real soldiers on the chart ;)

I have never been more comfortable with a stock as i am with PEN right now.
