    CCC BEE partner will acquire a 26% interest in CCC subsidiary CCL, assume the old BEE partner's ZAR 215 million loan (~US$31 million) and repay ZAR 140 million (~US$20 million). Documentation and settlement are anticipated by August 2011.

    Yes this announcement is way over due, hopefully this Quarterly will have it recorded
