Why should I be asking Management Turbs? If people feel they need the information, they should be contacting them and not getting 3rd hand information which might be incorrect.
What facts do we have?
There was a loan for $2 million from RRS to CCC.
That in itself does not tell you the financial situation of CCC does it?
They won't release an announcement unless it's price sensitive or unless they're obliged to under reporting standards.
The loan will show up in the books on the end of year accounts. That will be the statutory obligation they'll need to fulfill.
I have no idea of the loan terms as it's not something that has bothered me.
Only information we have is what Gunshow came back with and I'm happy with that explanation.
If I wasn't happy, I'd give management a call, which I haven't and I won't.
