I suggest that we don't get caught up in the debate and start to second guess decisions made by NT gov't and the people funding and building NEGI. If the losing bidders and SA gov't are upset about the decision they should have just tried harder. We are clearly not privy to all the facts and figures behind these bids. I am more than happy that NEGI is being built, it's a while away yet, but it's being built. GLTA.
