Shareholders of any companies expect the directors of these companies to be 100 per cent committed to the cause of ehancing the companies bussiness structure and in turn shareholder value. This is not the case with AVD . If there is an arguement for restricting the amount of directorships a director may have,. then the ASX should look at this stock.The facts are that this stock has continued its downward slide ,in terms of shareprice ,AaAwhilst the very bussiness it is in continues to set record levels. Something is very wrong here and shareholders should be asking questions.I for one am very dissappionted with the management of this company and can only hope that in some unlikely senario a new team will appear who will soley committ to the well being of this company .As one previous poster said ,the guys running this company have their noses in so mant troughs.
