negligence

After absorbing all of the details in this sorry CMR saga I believe that ASIC---Ferrier Hodgson AND others involved should be SUED for NEGLIGENCE.I wonder if INCOMPETANCE is also grounds for litigation
Apparently the COFFEE HOUSES of old (and maybe currently) were used often as places of connivance and shady opportunism
