    Admittedly I am primarily an investor on US exchanges, so these comments may have no basis, but how can a Board get away with rejecting a $2.50 offer in April (35% premium to market) and then only 3 months later accept a horrible dilutive recapitalization. Market conditions had not changed that significantly in that time period.

    In my opinion, the actions by the Board have been reprehensible. Surely they have failed (or have been negligent) in performing their fiduciary duties.

    If this were in the US, there would be legal firms lining up for a class action.
