As Warnie says, for that much money you should have your own Client Services Officer or whatever the bank calls them these days - let them earn their keep and do the work for you.
This should be the last step with your own bank after you have at least a couple of other offers in writing. They can work surprisingly quickly when they think you are about to walk....
