Any of you property investors with multiple properties and decent portfolios have any luck negotiating down your interest rates on homeloans. Got some motivation from a mate of mine in banking who thinks you can easily renegotiate 0.5%-0.7% off if you are a decent customer. Anyone have any experience of this with the big banks?
