i don’t think so. RSK never did anything to boost share price rather he was ready for any potential threat.
Holders are smart enough to calculate their risk of their own. If they calculate wrong then they don’t deserve upcoming benefits and we can have some more fat added to our existing holdings.
Nothing has changed a part from our risk improving,
still award vs settlement but we have one item ticked which is major one, license to mine ( value 0-1b+).
They might need more time but if we get incentives then we can start our process. But we will keep Singapore hanging on their head until the last item signed and there is a positive thing too like we aren’t buying pri insurance policy until we get resolved with them.
