A query for all the experienced property investors on here:
Im keen on a place as PPOR. My ideal price is $345k, however the agent tells me an offer was rejected at $350k, and that an offer placed at $352k will get me over the line. The guy is badgering me almost daily now to get closure on a deal.
My question is - how can I verify this other rejected offer even exists? Whats the best way to play this one?
