AFR in a article this morning it states that a formal negotiation is wanted and may proceed between all parties involved with the Opres Prime saga. Including ANZ. The 60 cent settlement may be closer than we think as the alternative is several years of suing and counter suing taking for ever.
If directors have thru 3rd parties at an arms lengh been buying back there shares at 30 cents and then get 60 cents back from ANZ they would have a huge war chest of cash to keep buying back SLA shares .Could be the biggest windfall they could ever ask for.Patience is the key cause its nearly over.
