Has anyone had contact with the company and learnt anything about how the Uley negotiations are going with the North Americans? No word here at Black Tom's.

I do hope the lads have their best people on it. The so called West Perth model won't cut it with the Yanks. Some real experience needs to be used.

This is not a tenement play but establishing processing feasibilty and documentary rights in a long-term production and marketing JV - all very document dependent, and with the need to fully understand the North American commercial environment as well as Australia's.
