    WPL are in the drivers seat in more ways than one.
    Not only have they made the first move, they have low debt and are in need of a company making project.
    Some of the others are not really in the position to buy.
    Too much debt.
    So aside from maybe Exxon or a left field company like PetroChina or Aramco there are not too many other likely bidders.
    Petrochina could be a smokey.
    They deal well with African countries.
    Then its up to the PE funds.
    It might be too messy or complicated for them.

    Who knows?
