Sanofi has the longest relationship with UNS. If the PFS agreement is voided how will that impact the Wearable deal with Sanofi. Their contract was for exclusivity but only if they purchased 150m after a 4 year ramp up, Sept. will be four years. Correct me if I'm wrong, Sanofi advanced the company about 40 million early on. Update on the resolution of the contracts will need to be disclosed .
