The "head" says now is the time to hold - accumulate.
Some panic or forced selling this morning I believe.
Nearly 7000 shares dumped at $13.50 early. With the uncertainty regarding Contract Review - and don't markets hate uncertainty? - buying stops and anyone keen to sell is vulnerable.
Perhaps time to go away. Return in a months time.
Hopefully much will be settled by then - or a pattern established.
Unfortunately an even longer holiday than a month might be warranted.
