Matthew O’Hara our Company Secretary (a CA) needs to sign off on at least the Cashflow component. If you look at the Dec quarterly Activities report it was signed off on by Klaus.

And to me it suggests that the board anticipated that Matthew O’Hara as well as the other directors would be quite busy towards the end of April 2018 (Assays + Due Diligence etc) so decided to bring the release of the quarterly forward two weeks.

... I wonder why a CA / our Company Secretary might be needed about now ?

All this coincides with Monday’s AFR article.. hmmm

As stated previously, we have plenty of cash so what else could the Due Diligence currently being undertaken be for ?
