hiu ive got a neighbour who refuses to pay for a new fence
initially it was a repaqir job whe i brought it to her attention

they have chosen to ignore the need for a reapir because not impwcting on them


this has been on going for over a year now it is now areplacement job anad she refuses to pay for a new fence

the cost is minimal

described as anal,tight,selfish,greedy just thinks of her self

living in her deceased mums place fighting her bro over finances anad thre will
