the builder described her as a mole when the boys were doing the build and converted a normal size house site in to a dual occo i'm in a 5 yrold t/house and she expects me to claim via builder a under builders ins to get a new fence for nothing

she's hated by everyone else,a real cow so friggin anal and tight,keeps notes on everything in the street records everthing & doesn't want to spend a few bucks on a brand new fence so no one gets injured.
the fence is in that bad condition its ready to fall down and injure anyone passing by especially the many little one going home from school
council don't want anything to do with the issue,its a civil matter
dont fancy increasing my insurance and giving her half a fence for nothing
