I think they'll end up with a product that the Chinese would be willing to buy. The report leads me to believe that BRM are still in the process optimising the beneficiation process.

Also (and i'm not 100% sure on this) - there is a limit to how close to the existing rail line and tenement boundary that BRM will be able to mine. This could bring the 'measured' resource (what is mineable) down from the 'inferred' resource (what is likely to be there).

Wayne has to get the transport sorted. Most juniors do. BHP wants to lock juniors out, and hopefully the government won't let them. It will be an interesting few months.
