have a look (if you haven't already) what the neighbours are doing . DR11 is about 20-30km from Arrowsmith where today NWE are talking about pipeline/infrastructure development funded by their JV partner Bharat.(my interpretation may be a little liberal)

The implication for TTE is obvious esp when Bharat are also investigating marketing gas domestically and potentially to india.

If Bharat is already thinking of infrastructure development for Arrowsmith, TTE valuation can only be enhanced.
