Thanks again for the replies all. Except for you dchenowe, crawl back in the hole where you came from.

Dust - I like your idea of being overfriendly, that could be an interesting one.

Sypaladin - your responses have been very helpful, thanks

Sarcophagus - I agree with you, there are a lot worse things neighbours could be doing. I try to remain calm about it but it is difficult sometimes.

This long weekend I will:

1. Have a sit down with them to try to calmly explain the issues I have. I will also track down the owners of the house to have a chat to them too.

2. Speak to the council again to get them more involved, I'm over the police.

3. Speak to the other surrounding neighbours to drum up their support.

Will keep you posted on developments if anyone is interested. I'm determined not to let these morons ruin our new home.
