neil biddle comes clean

All,

Neil Biddle is Ologist. I have had it confirmed independently, and hot copper investigated it.

So we now have evidence that a Director of BTV has anonymously posted on HC, going back almost 2 years, without disclosing his directorial interests.

What we now need to know if the views of Neil Biddle reflect those of the WHOLE BOARD, or just those of Neil Biddle himself...?


TNG shareholders may also be interested in why Neil Biddle spends his days posting on an internet chatroom. Clearly, he doesn't have much work to do there either....


A summary of some of Neil's attitudes, before he was uncovered:

QUOTE:

"I have made a fortune out of BTV Thor and TNG as have many savvy investors"

QUOTE:

"I don't normally engage in the dribble on these pages"

QUOTE:

"You guys have got zero chance of rolling this Board. They have been around a long time and have way too much horsepower for you amateurs."

QUOTE:

"Now who is getting personal. Nothing less than an immediate and grovelling apology will save you from my wrath."


And then finally, when his deception was finally uncovered:

"I apologise for my oversight and ignorance however it appears I may be in breach of protocol and regulatory guidelines".

Too right you are in breach Neil. And one thing. ASIC don't have GUIDELINES. They have RULES. And stiff penalties too.

Actively deceiving shareholders, by pretending to be someone else, referring to yourself as if you are another person.... You are not allowed ALLOWED to do that.

And given that there have been concerns in the past about disclosure, ASIC are going to have a field day with you.

And so, now that you have confirmed your alter-ego of Ologist, the newspapers will be quite comfortable to run the story also....

"...Small shareholders fight back against Directors on the gravy train, who have spent $2,000,000 over 2 years looking for a project, and found nothing.... Director pretends to be someone else, and attacks shareholders who want their money back. etc....

YOU WILL RESIGN. The sooner, the better, for your sake.

P.S. And I am not putting myself up as the alternative board. But shareholders of BTV, you deserve better. Demand that BIG CAPITAL RETURN so you can save your investments from these guys.

And yes, Cycletrader, I erred on putting too much emphasis on BTV's book price, and not enough on the character of the Board. Lesson learned.
