I usually don't dabble in speccies. But in this case I backed the management, and put about 1.5% of my portfolio into VEN. If Vali 3 is successful, then the shares may climb into double figures, but one dry-well will see the price plummet. So far so good, but there is a lot of gas to flow over the pipeline yet. There is a million dollars of pipeline yet to be constructed. Luckily ODIN 1 is only about one klm. off the route of the proposed pipeline., with Vali 1, 2, 3, almost in line with one another along the proposed route. So there is still a bit of money to be spent. Include $1M for wireline logging, perforating etc, for each well also.

I am not trying to rain on anyone's parade, just adding a sobering thought or two to anybody's over-enthusiasm. I personally think this is a stock with great potential. But if it ran to $0.10 I would sell. I would then sit and watch for any pullbacks. But then, I am not a long term investor. Just someone making his wages each week by investing/trading. As you can imagine, I have several watchlists of stocks which I am monitoring.
