IMO it's good people are trading this stock as it provides additional volume/liquidity. If things go well, new traders will join the train and the previous ones will be locked out. Plenty of more news to come, too many to list.
I don't think there is a significant risk of Vali-3 being a failure. They gas has already been discovered by Vali-1 with an additional successful well (Vali-2). It's a question of how much net gas pay Vali-3 will obtain.
Vali-2 obtained around 88% more net pay than Vali-1. So, there is potentially a significant upgrade to the reserve (may be roughly up around 44%, the mid-way between the two wells?).
IMO it's good people are trading this stock as it provides...
