Although another capital raise is certainly a risk, I believe it is a low one. The company is in a much better position now than it was last CR. We have proven reserves and more discoveries. Last CR was very bad timing as the company needed capital at a time when investors and funds were not so willing to lend. I don't think management would have employed the services of a financial advisor if they were not confident in their ability to source some non equity based funding.
