@sarg187 ...here is a sequence of events that led to my actions this week and why I announced on here today. Is it unusual ?..you better believe it is bl**dy unusual.
Now after I post this I would be interested to see how you guys would have gone about it differently if you were in my position and had agreed to do it.
Was I wrong in announcing this today? Absolutely NOT.
Was it required so as to protect my ar*e? You had better believe it.
Would you have risked playing the game and then get caught later and fined or worse?
Would you have been happy to lie to the company to get your answers and found out later?
So as far as the credibility question is concerned ...keep all those things in mind and read the following....ok.
1) I began posting on here in November...
2) People were liking my posts and felt I had done some research.
3) I wasnt posting against sentiment
4) In December people were asking if I would mind asking the company questions
5) Last week I had to ask people to stop writing threads about me and telling people to follow me
6) I saw the price tank this week and felt that I needed to get answers. I was getting no clear answers in here.
7) I crafted a questionairre based on previous ANN's. I contacted the company by phone and was referred to Sholom Feldman. I contacted Sholom and he told me that he was happy to receive the questions but to keep in mind that he would not answer anything that would break reporting rules.
8) There were 3 emails that went back and forth checking my content to make sure I wasnt misrepresenting the company or had misconstrued anything he had said.
9) I had previously been informed by HC that I must have permission from the company to post any direct communiques, as people had been in trouble legally for misrepresenting conversations with management in the past.
10) This week, a couple of posters remarked that I had not gone deep enough with my questions.
11) I contacted QBL and asked if they would continue answering questions for me on behalf of the forum. They replied in the affirmative.
12) This week, after talking with a friend, he suggested that I had better check my legal standing with owning shares and dealing with the company as a conduit for questions, as there may be some conflict of interest and obtaining financial benefits by deception risks.
13) I did just that and I moved my share parcel..in my mind I wasn't selling it ..just parking it in another stock until I was satisfied that all my questions were answered and finished reporting in here. I wanted answers for myself even if no-one else felt it useful.
14) I contacted QBL by phone today to let them know that I had been asked in a thread officially, if i could get answers to questions for the forum.
15) Sholom Feldman asked me straight up if I had financial interests in QBL. He said that he would be very restricted talking to me if I held shares as I might use his answers it for my own personal financial benefit. I told him what I had been advised, and had sold my shares at this time to get answers about the company.
16) He said that he respected my decision and that he would consider the questions when they were sent.
17) He said he was sorry that I had sold but understood my reason and on that basis he would consider my request but still would not be relaying any information that had not already been put out to market.
So that is it guys...
Tell me how you would have done differently.?
