    So it appears that the current NCM share price is pretty much pegged to the value of the NEM offer.
    Does this make it :
    1. a lame duck investment (short term at least), where the capital could be better invested elsewhere
    2. a "forget about it for the moment" investment
    3. a valuable investment to hold and capitalise on the NEM synergy
