The valuation on the US assets is 10c per share
But....
1.It is per share based on current shares on issue - any attempt to raise capital at this point may see the per share worth decimated
2. What something is valued on paper and what a company who is need of urgent funds can sell it for can be very different

It is simply hard to comprehend NEN still dont know what cost overruns are - even if final bill being negotiated the market should be informed it is being negotiated . The falling price can create a vicious cycle as the lower the price , the bigger the dilution to raise X dollars and thus the less people will want to buy ,making price fall further
