    Giddyups response is spot on.

    The added bonus is that as a Kiwi I can now invest in NEN tax free as its within the ASX 300 thus not subject to NZ foreign investment fund tax.

    From a NZ perspective it saves me paying tax on 5% of the opening value of my NEN shares on the 1st April every year.
