The saying loose lips sink ships is coming to mind once again looking at pre-open. The abacus l sent them should have arrived by now! There needs to be a market announcement or otherwise this is looking more and more like a case of selective disclosure. People will have very accurate costings for the significant over-runs - now inform the mum and dad investors!
