market cap of OPL approx $88 million.


after looking at the current activities of both, I can't see that OPL has four times the current prospects of NEO. And OPL has only about $8m in cash?

One of two things going on here, and it's very simple.

Either NEO is undervalued, or OPL is overvalued.


take your pick - it's one or the other, both can't be right.
