    yes indeedy..... but more to the point is I now think that since both OPL and NEO are highly speculative, that given there is any commercial reserve in their blocks, that NEO sp will benefit relatively more than OPL. I'm now convinced that OPL is overvalued, given it's so speculative, that's why it has remained stagnant for so long.
