hi angus1,

i-am afraid not,

the gap between the high and the closeing price is actualy bearish,

in fact today's candle is called a doji star,
and signal's a revesal when it open's with a gap from the last day's close, [which it has done today]

i was here watching it at closeing time,
and was hopeing it would close at $0.043 cent's,
then we may have got what it was that i was looking for, [ but it was not to be ]

but it appear's as if this chart for NEO is trying to build a support//ressistance at $0.045 cent mark,
i believe that it could be a support area,

when it break's through this ressistance point then we may see some real price action in the short term,
to $0.049/$0.057

nearly all of my indecator's are the same as at yesterday's close,

all in all i still see a bullish chart,
