Neo Lithium was bought for $770m with a project NPV8 of $1,144m ie at 67% of NPV8
Not clear what underlying pricing assumptions Neo used...
GLN's Dec 2020 PEA had a NPV8 of US$684m or A$910m = $3.20 per share (not counting Candelas or Greenbushes)
Using the same 67% buyout ratio gives a GLN price of $2.10
NB GLN's NPV was based on 20ktpa production and $11,687 price of Li2CO3. using 25ktpa and $15,500 (as others have) I think the NPV would be around $2,000m or $7.20 per share (again not including Candelas or Greenbushes) and using Neo's 67% takeout ratio = GLN share price of $4.80
