This is the same information that has been tossed about for years now. NEO have been using it to promote their initial entry into SELH where they even built a pipeline and still don't have commercial quantities of gas.
As for the oil, they are now looking at non conventional methods to extract it......I only wish they could extract it but sadly the reality is they can't. Ask yourself why OPL (a successful company) never really put much effort into SELH even though NEO has continuingly stated that they are going to. They even farmed a portion off.......the results speak for themselves.
